ICON, the pioneering 3D construction company. The café will be the
first 3D-printed commercial building in Dallas, setting a bold precedent for sustainable, future-forward development in the city. Its seamless curves, natural textures, and community-centered design reflect both the technology of tomorrow and the values of timeless connection.
